• Experience developing projects across 42 states, including ultra-high barrier-to-entry markets
(e.g., Berkley, CA etc.)
• Managed high volume development pipelines –both by number (20-25 projects) and dollar amount ($1-1.5Bn)
• Track record of success with institutional equity, including: Goldman Sachs, Harrison Street Real Estate Capital, AIG, sovereign wealth funds
